The new skyscraper, 200 meters high, the first in Greece, will be the tallest in the Mediterranean with 45 floors and 200 apartments that will all have sea views. It will be completely “green” and as it will be pointed out, it will be a model of sustainable design and the ambition of Lamda and its collaborators is to become a world architectural landmark. Its construction is completed in five years. The design of the Marina Tower In particular, the skyscraper, 200 meters above sea level, will have 200 apartments on 45 floors. Upon its completion, within the next five years, it will be the tallest building in Greece and one of the total six tall buildings that will be erected in Elliniko. As mentioned, a key feature of the design approach is the creation of an aesthetically simple building, in full harmony with the sea and the special features of the Mediterranean landscape. The important presence of the green and the water element stands out, which thus enhance the bioclimatic character of the building.
