WITH 60 COMPANIES, GREECE AT THE LARGEST EXHIBITION OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION IN THE MIDDLE EAST
The most numerous national participation with 60 companies in a total area of 1,650 sq.m. is organized by the Hellenic Company of Investments and Foreign Trade (Enterprise Greece) at the International exhibition “THE BIG 5”, which will take place for the 43rd year at the Dubai World Trade Center exhibition center, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from December 5 to 8 2022, APE-MPE broadcasts. As noted in an announcement, Greece will once again be a potential “present” at the most important exhibition in the field of building materials and constructions in the Middle East. This year’s participation is expected to surpass even the presence in the 2019 event, where our country was ranked 2nd at the European level and 5th globally.
Greek companies will have the opportunity to demonstrate products according to international standards and showcase domestic know-how and technology to a large number of visitors and businessmen from all over the world. It is emphasized that, for the first time, during the exhibition, a special area will operate for the promotion of the Greek marble industry. This Enterprise Greece initiative is carried out in collaboration with the Macedonia-Thrace Marble Business Association (SEMMTH), with the aim of targeted promotion of Greek marble abroad, in accordance with the industry’s three-year strategic plan.
Also, for the 3rd consecutive year, our country will have the largest national presence in the Startup City area of the exhibition, with the participation of 10 Greek Startups, which will demonstrate innovative technologies of the building materials and construction industry. In addition, Greece will also be present at the exhibition-conference “EVERYTHING ARCHITECTURE”, which is being organized for the first year by the organizing company DMG.
Finally, alongside “THE BIG 5” and in the same exhibition space, the exhibitions will be held: The Big 5 Heavy, Middle East Concrete, HVAC R Expo Dubai, The Big 5 Solar, Urban Design & Landscape Expo, Middle East Stone, Everything Architecture, as well as the participation of Start ups companies in Startups City. The exhibition will also take place digitally for the participating companies that choose it.
