EARLY OCTOBER EXPO REAL INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE AND INVESTMENT EXHIBITION IN MUNICH
On October 4 to 6, 2023, the International Exhibition of Real Estate and Investments, EXPO REAL, of the Munich Exhibition Organization, which is represented in Greece and Cyprus by the Hellenic-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will be held. As reported by APE-MPE, EXPO REAL is the leading exhibition in the real estate industry in Europe and this can be seen from the numbers it records, as in the last event 1,885 exhibitors from 33 countries took part and welcomed 40,000 interested parties from 73 countries.
EXPO REAL is aimed at decision-makers of real estate departments, service companies, industries, commercial companies, as well as the public sector, municipalities – communities and regions. The audience of the event also includes facility managers, executives of industry publishing houses and economic promotion organizations, real estate consultants, fund management, banks and financial institutions, private and institutional investors, property consultants, insurance consultants, property managers, architects and technical company executives.
At this year’s event, the “EXPO REAL Decarb – Make climate change a reality” will be presented for the first time, which is aimed at start-ups, scale-ups and companies dealing with the release of real estate from carbon emissions. Emphasis will be placed on innovative and practical solutions for realizing future projects in a climate-neutral way, as well as climate-optimizing existing buildings.
