The company ΒΒΚ was founded in 2020 by experienced engineers and qualified foremen of all specialties. Our objective is to offer highly specialized services in a large spectrum of projects where there is demanding know-how.

We operate under the light of sustainability, performance and innovation.

We commit:

  • To achieve excellent quality for our construction based on detailed surveys and meticulous planning;
  • To safeguard individual and public health by observing safety and hygiene measures for our workforce, by anticipating risks and supervising works at all times;

  • To safeguard and protecting the environment by achieving the maximum percentage of materials recycled in our construction projects. We study each project, each service and internal operation aiming at reducing environmental impact. We comply with the requirements of the environmental legislation, thus, saving on natural resources;
  • To comply with timetables based on agreements, investing on the use of modern software for the follow up of construction sites and agreements;
  • To materialize projects that are highly demanding due to their specifications by providing experienced workforce to the project and highly qualified engineers and foremen.

The company BBK kicked off long before it was founded, as this is the fruit of a long-standing cooperation among the engineers, foremen, technicians and associates who joined up.

Everything started in 2008, when we started undertaking projects and providing workforce for construction sites jointly, executing compound constructions within very demanding timelines.

Quality Management

The term quality encompasses all the characteristics of a product or service that satisfies the needs of its recipient.

To respond to our founding commitment about the provision of high-quality construction products and services:

  • We invested on modern and innovative software tools for the management of our projects from pricing to realization; more precisely, for the analysis and pricing of our projects we use HEPHAESTUS software which we develop in-house. To manage the project itself and its financials we use CLUSTERS software by ERGON IRIS.
  • We structured our company vertically in order to optimize our performance. Following the steps of industrial production, we approached construction as a “product”, so our final outcome is the result of the partnership and coordination of many departments in the company. In this way, we ensure stable quality for our “product”.
  • We organized methods to guide our Mandator in a structured way in order to achieve a technically successful result based on the needs, budget and deadline available.
  • We created reporting mechanisms for projects and services aiming at optimizing our quality/price ratio; as a result, we achieved constant upgrade of the company structures and to a certain extent, of the final product.
  • We attend trainings and we learn new techniques of managing buildings by using B.I.M. (Building Information Modeling); the intention is to realize the implementation studies, the “as built” and the proactive maintenance of the installations, in this environment, and in a very short period of time
  • In creating all the above process, we aim at:
