COMPLETE RECONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

Project description:

• The building consists of 1 ground floor apartment, 2 A&B floor apartments as well as a penthouse. The works in the building concerned the complete renovation of the apartments as well as the total upgrade (aesthetic and energy) of the building as well as the functional modernization of all the facilities. As part of the renovation of the building, we prepared an architecture and E-M study for the upgrade and modernization of the building.
• Configurations based on new architectural design.
• Energy upgrade of a building shell with external thermal insulation of facades.
• Installation of security system with electromechanical locks with access control system and alarm in all parts of the building.
• Central satellite reception facility.
• Installation of central cooling system.
